Flying Pig
Hoax
During this class I had to create a hoax project. I decided to make a flying pig for my portfolio. It's a common thing to say, "when pigs fly," so I decided to make this come to life. I chose this baby pig because it looked like it actually could be flying. I erased the background from the picture and then made the sky picture be the background. I added a layer to the sky picture and put the pig onto that. I then erased everything around the wing and pasted two copies of the wing picture onto the picture of the pig and sky. I arranged the wing in the back behind the first wing and the pig so it looked realistic. I then put the other wing on top of the pig and used the smudge tool to blend it into the pig. I also rotated both wings so they were in different positions.
